Daily Schedule
Weeks 1-3 (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
- • 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Video/Classroom/Vision Training
- • 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM: Ice Session
- • 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM: Lunch Break
- • 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Dryland Training
- • 3:00 PM: Parent Pick Up

- • 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Dryland Training
- • 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Video/Classroom/Vision Training

Important Information
- • Adult Supervision: Your goaltender will ALWAYS have an adult supervising and assisting them
- • Getting Dressed: We help students get dressed and undressed
- • Arrival: Weeks 1-3: arrive 8:30-9:00 AM | Week 4: arrive 9:30-10:00 AM
- • Pick Up: Weeks 1-3: 3:00 PM | Week 4: 4:00 PM (if running late, text your head instructor)

Main ice training on NHL-sized surface
1 Hour Video/Vision
Classroom and vision training. Each goalie gets a personal video account to view daily content of their strengths and weaknesses.
1 Hour Dryland
Goalie-specific conditioning

We get it — paying everything upfront can be tough! That's why you can reserve your camp spot now with no payment needed today. Just sign up for the camp (or camps) you'd like right on our website.
On March 1, we'll take a $100 deposit to hold your spot. If you pay your full invoice by May 1, you'll save $100 with our Early Bird Discount!
If payment isn't made in full by May 1, the discount just comes off and you'll be billed the regular camp fee — no stress, no surprises.
